Local Law 11/1998 Building Façade
Maintenance & Repair

The NYC Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), also known as Local Law 11, requires NYC buildings taller than 6 stories to have their façades inspected and repaired every 5 years.

Parking Lot

Local Law 126/2021 Parking Garage Maintenance & Repair

LL 126 will require owners of parking structures to have their garages inspected every 6 years and to file a report with inspection results to the Department of Buildings.

The Assessment

Façade & Parking Structures

Nova's team of experienced Professional Engineers and Registered Architects will complete close-up wall inspections and parking structure inspections and report directly to NYDOB on behalf of Ownership.

Nova's NYPEs would comment on current conditions and make repair recommendations according to Code requirements and file within a Technical Report.
